I really want to know what happened and if I can get this fixed. For no reason my customised 27" iMac order has just been cancelled in the online store. I've received no notification it was going to happen and no email.
I've already purchased like $400 of other crap that's now sitting at home waiting for an iMac that's apparently cancelled. What do I do? I don't wanna go back to the back of the queue.

you have to call Apple and ask them. How do you expect anyone here to know why it was cancelled?

So, you expect someone here, a support community made up of users like you (not employees of Apple) to know why Apple cancelled your order? Get real.
I assumed that the support community was actually related to Apple. Are you this rude to everyone you speak to?
It is a User to User support community. Disregard the post above as he must be having a bad day.
You'll need to call Apple to find out what the problem is.

My order was cancelled too. And no one called me or emailed me aither... i called them 4 times and everyday every new person said will email somone and will call me back ..But noone called me back yet..been two weeks!!!
i recieved the phone call from Barclays bank saying that my loan was accsepted and its active..so confused.
