Q: about register itunes - money charge

Hi everyone,

 

Does someone can help me answer this?

I made an account on itunes and after finished, my credit card is charged 1usd. So i wonder if it is fee for checking my credit card/fee for register or what?

I just curious and i will very happy if someone help me answer
