Numbers On iPad Lost sheets from spreadsheet.

Hey I've been using numbers to track my hours for work. I opened it up today and found my latest 4 sheets, or pay periods have disappeared. Two of those sheets I had submitted to the office, unfortunately the most recent two have no other record of them. Is there anyway I can restore a previous version of the spreadsheet, ala dropbox restore functionality? or is there any way I can retrieve my lost info?

Thanks I'd like to get pid for the hours I worked.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.0.1, Numbers 1.7.1

DH,

Ouch! Hard to say from here what happened. With respect to recovery, your pc's backup might be a place to look for the missing versions, in the mobile docs folder.

If you synced the iPad to iTunes, you might try restoring from a backup. Hook the iPad up to iTunes and look for the restore from backup section.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately I do not have a recent enuogh backup that would contain the lost data.

I work for a small company so I will get paid, although it's unfortunate that they lose the data regarding hours worked per project.

DH,

Have you looked in your PC's Mobile Documents folder to see if the missing files are there?
