Iphone 5 help. Genius Bar!!

Okay so first my iphone.

My iphone 5 has some problems first off my battery *****. My phones powers off sometimes by itself. The last problem is that my signal ***** I'm always on 2G!! I do not have apple care plus and I don't want to pay the 200 is this covered by the limited year warranty which I only have to pay 50$

My wife's iPhone 5

It dies at 18-22% it does not go to the fully 0%. And her phone is also always on 2G !!! This phone does not have AppleCare + either is this covered by the limited 1 year warranty so I don't have to pay 200 and only 50? HELP.

You are asking about warranty coverage:

These are iPhones are new and if there is a problem, other than damage from misuse (screen breaking, water damage) you should be able to get service under the warranty.

You only would have to pay $50 if your phone suffered accidental damage and you had AppleCare+. For issues covered by warranty you do not have to pay anything for the first year (or two years, if you bought AppleCare+). You can definitely get the phone replaced for your battery issues, but just because your phone is LTE capable doesn't mean you carrier offers it in your area, it would seem they only offer 2G. This is not a defect in the phone.

Very good response! Thanks for the help. But I live in sacramento California Verizon and AT&T have installed LTE here except for sprint which has painfully slow 3G. I am supposed to have 3G. All of my friends with sprint have 3G I have 2G most of the time.
