How can I Delete itunes from my Dell Desktop. My Message is "cannot find iTunes.msi"

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE iTUNES FROM MY DESKTOP COMPUTER. I TRIED TO UPGRADE TO iTUNES 11, BUT A MESSAGE TELLS ME THAT THE INSTALLATION SOURCE RESOURCE CANNOT BE FOUND AND CONTAINING INSTALLATION PACKAGE "iTUNES.msi".
