I had problem on my iPhone it says ..iPhone is Disabled Connect to iTunes .

I had problem on my iPhone it says ..iPhone is Disabled Connect to iTunes but when i try to connect it , no good happen
as in ,, it stay the same .. :'( how can i unlock my iPhone? ..
Gosh !
When i try to open it .. There's an Emergency Call how is it? ..
please do help me .. :'((
