All of my systems are up to date and for some reason my music library won't sync to my iphone. I have never had problems before? I have selected "sync my entire music library" and only 49 of my 2500 ish songs will sync. I have plenty space on my phone and I don't understand why it is not working? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!

I have this exact problem. Except no music at all will sync. Please get it sorted Apple.
Everything is Sorted!
The release of iTunes 11.0.2 and iOS 6.1.2 for my iPhone 4, seems to have sorted everything. I can now sync music, films and photos between my MacBook and my phone.
I was dubious about blindly doing the updates but decided they couldn't really mess up any further functionality so I went for it and it's sorted now.
Look in to, and take the gamble, it's up to you.
