I'm having trouble registering QuickTime Pro

 

QuickTime Application is showing in Applications

 

But when I open Apple System Preferences the QuicTime icon isn't showing so I can't register pro version

    There is no QuickTime pane in 10.6 and newer. You need to supply the code to the QuickTime 7 player as described.

    I've also tried clicking on QuickTime Application but can't seem to find preference for registering

     

    Can you send link or point me in the right direction

    Open the QuickTime Player 7 application in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, not the QuickTime Player application in the /Applications/ folder, choose Registration from the QuickTime Player 7 menu, and enter the key there.

     

    If there's no QuickTime Player 7 application, install it as documented in that article.
