I've lost all my purchases from itunes. How do I get them back?

I'm new to all this, how do I get them back? I got a laptop of my own. The previous purchases were made on another computer that doesn't exist anymore due to crippling viruses. Please help me. Thanks.

You can redownload your music from the itunes store

Login to the Itunes Store with your old apple id.

Click Purchased under the quicklinks section

Your Music will now show in the list click on the cloud icon to download it
