i cant activate my ipad......an error msg coming....your ipad could not be activated bcs the activtion server is temporarily unavailable......

Are you attempting to activate via WIFI?
I would restart the tablet as normal and try the alternative method. So if you are activating via a computer's USB port while on iTunes, try WIFI, and vice versa.
