Re-arranging the order of contacts when (eg.) writing a txt?

Before I upgraded to the iPhone 5, the order in which the numbers for a contact appeared was perfect. However since I changed phones (and restored settings to the new phone) the order is all jumbled up.

It means that when addressing a TXT to a mobile number, I have to scroll through a lot of other numbers for the same contact, and even scroll to the bottom of contacts not relevant to what I want.

Here's a screenshot example - I want to be able to move the "mobile" number above the "home" number. How do I do this please?
