Samsung Galaxy S3 and iCal sync issues

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I am having sync issues with iCal and my address book on my iMac. I have contacted Samsung and they had me download a program called Kies. After doing that is seemed like everything synced ok, but then I was missing contacts and events. I called Samsung again and they had me uninstall Kies and download it again. Now during the sync process, it goes to 10% of the iCal sync and quits. PLEASE help me figure this out, my calendar is extremely important to me.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Apple does not support Samsung phones. This is not an Apple product nor an Apple problem. Our forums provide user help for Apple products. Your problem will have to be dealt with between you and Samsung.

I know that my phone isn't an Apple product, but then again neither was my BlackBerry and I didn't have a problem syncing that.

Thank Blackberry for providing the software. Complain to Samsung about not doing the same thing. I'm sorry. I know you're upset, but we cannot help you solve the problem. You will need to iron it out with Samsung and the developer of the software to which they referred you.
