when i plug my ipad 2 into itunes it shows 50 "ghost song" (greyed out songs)
i cant delete them because they just reappear.
if i re add the same songs they just sit underneath as a duplicate
there is no option to re sync the greyed songs
its really starting to bug me, have tried a restore but cant get rid of them.
please please help me

Oh? Reading that would make sense if we were actually looking over your shoulder to see what you're doing, and what is happening when you do ...... but absent that, pretty much nada to work with.
Have you just run a websearch with a description of your problem?
i have tried replacing background files, deleting the songs, restoring ipad.
i dont know that much about computers but to me it comes across that there is some sort of file deep in the ipad that needs deleting.
i am open to absolutely any sujestions because im all out of ideas.
You could always try the 'last resort' option, instead of restoring you could do a full re-install.
A full re-install can be a headache if you've a lot of apps and it does lose app data, i.e. game saves, setup parameters, etc., but it usually clears out any software problems.
why does this happen?
