Problem 1: My email will not log into the POP account even though the user name and pasword are correct

Idid that - Go Daddy - and they told me to take my desk top to the apple store! Big help. my other two acct's are working and the one not working on the imac does download onto the iphone. Go figure!
1. There have been quite a few posts about GoDaddy not working, lately. If their settings don't work and they are not interested in helping you, I'd drop them as your email provider.
