my iphone 5 smashed help

hi

I brought a iphone 5 64gb white (I love it) however it smashed last night it was beside my bed and it drop it don't work it cost a lot of money and all the data i need

Do you not import your pics to your computer? http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083

Do you sync on a regular basis? http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1386

If your answer is YES - then you have nothing to worry about with your data.

If you don't then your out of luck.

Apple has an out of warranty replacement program, cost for an iPhone 5 is US $229. Make an appointment at any Apple store. When you get your replacement phone, follow these directions:

You would have to find a third party repair facility -voiding the warranty.

Not with Apple. Apple doesn't fix phones, they replace them. If you go the third-party repair route, while it "may" be cheaper, you will void ALL warranty/support and any future chance of a replacement from Apple.
