Replace Bluetooth Mouse

I have the wireless keyboard and mouse. After months of trying, I just can't get used to the mouse. I need right and left buttons and a clickwheel, so I am looking for a replacement. My buddy gave me a regular Logitech USB mouse to try. I plugged it into the USB 2.0 port and it appears to work fine.

Is there anything that I need to do regarding the wireless mouse? Will the two mice conflict with each other somehow?
