I've downloaded a ringtone twice and been charged twice on the same receipt. how can I get a refund ??????

    You can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page


    Note that ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you should copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases if you iTunes 11 on your computer) so that you can take a backup copy of it.
