Each time I try to sign in to face time I receive a msg stating that the user name or password are incorrect, I visit the local agent and the told me we can not do help you , they think there's an problem with the iPad as I bought it from USA

iPad 3 and iPad 4-OTHER, iOS 6.0.1

I know that facetime and I think iMessage are blocked in some countries, the UAE being one of them. I'm not sure if Egypt bans the program or not. But it's possible that there's nothing wrong with your device, rather the government of Egypt is blocking the service at the server level.

You may want to do some research on Egypt and facetime and see if there is more specific info.
