How to set two time machine drives to indivdual sections

I am wanting to have 2 time machine drives.

One backs up my desktop (music ect)
The other backs up my editing drive.

I can't find settings in time machine to allow me to do this.
I thinking was to do the following

set Drive 1 to desktop

set Drive 2 to Avid Drive (edit)

However this is not possible as far as i can tell.
Also i though i could exclude files for each indivdual drive however this does work either?

Can anyone assist.
