Hay Day has charged me 13 separate charges of $5.74 on Jan 28
I dont understand whats going on. Cant connect to i tunes account....say try again later...HELP

You should do 3 things:
1. Turn Off In-App Purchases
Hay Day gives a warning up front that you should turn off in-app purchases if you do not want to be charged while playing the game. Go to Settings, General, Restrictions.... Enable Restrictions and turn off In-App purchases.
2. Notify your credit card company to stop making payments to iTunes.
3. Contact itunes support since you can't get into your itunes account; you can also talk to them about getting the Hay Day charges refunded
You should change the password for your Apple ID and make sure you do not give it to anyone else. Delete the credit card info from your itunes account. You might consider canceling the itunes account and starting a new one, but if you do this you may no longer have access to previous purchases.
