Jan 8, 2016 1:18 PM in response to King_Penguinby Danny Byers,I have been dealing with this issue off and on for WEEKS. No responses from Apple and apparently no way to speak to a human being at Apple. I see a slew of similar posts in this forum that don't even have responses.
Has ANYONE ever received any assistance from Apple on this issue?
