I have been dealing with this issue off and on for WEEKS. No responses from Apple and apparently no way to speak to a human being at Apple. I see a slew of similar posts in this forum that don't even have responses.
Has ANYONE ever received any assistance from Apple on this issue?

Same here, happen to me today, problem they take up to 48 hours to solve answer, what a pain in the rear...
It says contact Apple support but the website is invalid. Recently updated ITUNES after that I got a problem.
