What less expensive (so non-smart) phones listed here will sync contacts? (asking for an older friend who just needs that ability - no email or web)

My friend C. is a lovely lady who needs the contacts on her phone to sync, but no other capacity. She cares not for email on her phone, nor texting.

Trying to find out which of the phones listed where I'm posting this question is proving difficult.
