I have access to the internet through my internet provider, but they can't help me with the VPN-configuration..so where do I get IP-adresses, etc?

Thanks for your answer. I've read it but it doesn't quite help me 'cause I don't know what to write in the box where it says L2TP, PPTP and IPSec...I don't know which server to use or where to find it..
It seems to me from your questions that you do not actually know anything about VPN. Maybe if you told us why you think you need to connect that way someone can help you further. You could just connect to the Internet normally. The odds that someone is spying on your online activity are slim.

I have normal internet connection on my Ipad and generally it worls fien. But I've bought Curious George game on my Ipad for my son -that game is just the first one of 4 and I want to buy the full game but when I try to do that, I get the message that It can't connect with Itunes because I need a VPN-connection...
It's only a problem with this game and Itunes so I'm quite confused
Use the link in the iTunes Store to contact the app developer. You should not be getting that message when trying to download their app from the App Store.
