My calendars will not sync
All of my calendars will not sync after upgrading to new iOS 6.1
iPhone 4, iOS 6.1, Just upgraded to new iOS 6.1
Since I updated iPhone4S to iOS 6.1 my calendars aren't syncing between iPhone and MacBook Pro via iCloud.

Same here! After the 6.1 update.
For some reason iCloud sync was turned on.
I fixed mine by:
On the phone in setteing, iCloud, turn off calendars.
Then plug your phone into your PC, go to iTurns, your divice, Info, and click of sync calendard.
works now, maybe for you too.
I had the same problem on my iPhone 4S. I have just realized that I have not turned off my phone since upgrading. Now I turned it off and on and it solved the problem. Hope that helps you too.
