iPad Hanging on update

Just downloaded the version of iOS. It downloaded fine but seems to be hung at the reboot (where you see the apple logo and the progress bar). Bar seems to be stuck around 40%. Has been siltting like that about 1 hour. This happening to anyone else? Could this be overhead on apple server?
