ipad touchscreen not responding

our pads touchscreen isnt responding to touch. we restored the ipad but this only temporarily solved the issue. what do we do?

Try a reset:

Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

If the above doen't work, setup as new and do not restore backup until iPad is properly tested.
