Bluetooth Stopped Working with iOS 6.1 Update

My Jabra Icon Bluetooth headset worked flawlessly with iOS 6.02 on my iPhone 5. I just updated to iOS 6.1 today and my phone didn't recognize my headset after the update. When I put the headset into pairing mode, my phone discovered it. However, when I select the headset on the phone's Bluetooth screen, my headset says that it connected, but the iPhone says "Pairing Unsuccessful". Anyone else have this problem. I've tried rebooting and re-pairing several times. Please help. Thanks!

My Polar H7 low energy bluetooth heart rate belt stopped also working after I upgraded my iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1 yesterday. Please help me as well! Thanks!

im having problems with my Polar H7 too. when i was on 6.0.1, everything worked perfectly. After updating to 6.1, it stopped working. dissatisfied user over here...

Apple is on its way of regression.

Im having iPod Touch 4th Gen and the bluetooth is now working terrible with my Sony Headset DR-BT21G

Im seriously mad with Apple.

i have the same problem with ios 6.1 and iphone 5 -

it cannot pair my sony wm 600 anymore or motorola H17, suddenly and i did everything but invain

please APPLE solve the problem its rediculus 😠

Ipad2 quit working with Galaxy S3 when I installed ios6.1 It will pair but not connect. Apple support was unaware. No solution. Tried unpairing and repairing multiple times. No luck

I have the same issue with iPhone 4 and Jawbone headset. Cannot pair after iOS6.

Is there no solution to this?????????

I recently updated to the latest version of IOS 6.1 and now my iPhone 4 will not pair with any Bluetooth devices unless I turn Bluetooth off and then on again in Settings. Very annoying.

I to updated to 6.1 and lost the use of my Plantronics M50. The headset reports successful pairing, but my iPhone 4S reports an unsuccessful pairing. I to have tried resetting my phone and my headset, but no luck

I have the same issue and posted a similar question. There is a BT error in the diagnostics and usage logs. Does anyone at Apple want me to post the contents here?

My Bluetooth stopped working! As soon as i updated yesterday with my bodymedia link and with anything else I try to hook it up to. Apple please fix this ASAP. I use my Bluetooth the most!

I took my phone to the Apple store genius bar. They did a wipe of the of the phone. That did fix my problem with the bluetooth. It also fixed a problem with accessing protected wifi. So other then having to restore all my settings and apps, it worked.

I reluctantly wiped my phone and followed Hellll's solution -- I'm able to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth now. Forturnately, I backed up a couple days before I upgraded to 6.1, so I suffered a minimal loss. Franky, this was a disappointing experience considering Apple's fantical control over it's iOS platform and homogeneity across devices.

how do u wipe it? i did do a backup on my computer with itunes b4 upgrading to ios 6.1. but to my understanding, u can only restore apps and settings, but the firmware will maintain at the latest one (ie. is 6.1.
