dead pixel or dust under screen

I purchased ipad mini at staples.ca recently and just realized the screen has small factory defect, either a dead pixel or dust under screen. Seems just passed staples.ca's refund exchange period. what can apple do?

I would bring it to your nearest apple store or AASP and have them look at it. We can not predict what Apple may or may not do. good luck.
