My Iphone 4S has wifi disabled & button in menu is grey

I was using iOS 6.0.1 i guess and even tried upgrading to current 6.1 multiple times. Did the restore as new and old phone. Hard reset. But the wifi button is still grey. It was working fine and suddenly went off line.

Bluetooth and GPS are working and its even showing mac address.

You are not the only one facing this problem, millions of people have this problem including me from very first day 😐. Now you are also welcome in this coummunity.

Read from some guy on net to put it in fridge for an hour and it will work. Modified it to 15 minutes in freezer and it works ... it really works.
