Exchange calendar not syncing after 6.1 update

After updating to 6.1any exchange entries made in calendar in my iphone do not sync to other devides, same for entries made on mac do not sync to calendar on phonr.

3 macs & 2 ipads all syncing without issue (ipads on 6.1 too).

What I am also seeing is that the phone will randomly uncheck various calendars & also scroll to show antry from next year sometime. Bizarre!

Issue just seems to be the phone

Anyone else seeing this after 6.1?

I have a iPhone4. I use iCloud for my personal calendars. Work uses Exchange and I am not allowed to sync a personal device to it. I use Mail on my work laptop and sync it with the Exchange server. I then use USB to sync my phone with my laptop to add my Exchange entries to my phone. That is until I updated to 6.1 today. I seemed to have lost today's Exchange entries, but the rest of my entries seem to still be on my phone.
