how do i use reset utility on a 64 bit computer on 2nd generation ipod shuffle?
I've just put itunes on a different computer. It now won't recognise my ipod shuffle and says it needs resetting. When I follow the links for this it appears it can't do it because it is a 64 bit computer not a 32. How do I reset it?
