iTunes not syncing all music to iPad?

Hi,

Everytime I try and sync my iPad with my iTunes library it only syncs 637/840 songs. I have no idea what the problem is, the songs are scattered throughout many albums that don't sync. I sync the same library with my iPhone and it works fine. What's going on? How do I fix it?

I'm running the latest software on everything.

Are you sure that all of the songs are selected to sync to the iPad? The sync Settings could be different for the two devices.

Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.

Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.

Click on the Music Tab on the right.

Click on all of the albums or playlists that you want to sync - or the entire library if you like.

Click on the Sync Music Heading.

Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

If you are using iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar, if the sidebar is not showing.
