Q: my apple mouse has fresh batteries installed correctly with the green power switch "on" but the indicator light won't come on so apparently has no power.  Did something inside the mouse break?  Should I take it to a repair shop?

    Hello:

Be sure the batteries are installed correctly (polarity) and the cover is shut tightly.

If it does not work, try different batteries.

If that does not work, I would take it to an Apple store and have them check it out.  As far as I know, there is no way to "repair" a failed mouse.
