match and two computers

I just subscribed to Itunes Match. I have Itunes on several devices, my home Imac, my work Imac, Iphone, Ipad, Ipods. All have the same log ins, meaning the same ITunes Id. Am I correct in assuming at each device will be scanned by Itunes Match and uploaded into the cloud, all songs that are elligible? Or will I have to do some fancy footwork to make sure they area ll connected?
