Ipod shuffle dont work in normal mode

Hi Folks, I´m from Germany sorry for my bad English.😊

I have a 4th Generation Ipod Shuffle, and the problem is that the Ipod don't work anymore in the middle position ( the normal mode?)

If i put the little switcher in position normal or shuffle it just shuffle in both modes.

I reset the Ipod but I still have the same problem.

Did anybody of you had the same problem and found out an solution??
