Q: Help on uninstalling Sophos antivirus

May 9, 2015 6:15 AMby jo_min,I had the same issue - I was using a personal computer at work and so the IT team installed Sophos, and must have deleted the uninstall package. I've had difficulty in searching for the Sophos files but this list helped - for some reason searching for 'sophos' didn't list the HD folders etc which still existed and so this program continued on startup. Thanks for the list!

May 9, 2015 6:30 AMby thomas_r.,It's important to note that the file list you're referring to was posted more than two years ago, and is almost certainly no longer entirely accurate. You really should be using the Sophos uninstaller for this. You can always re-download from the Sophos site.
