My wireless keyboard does not seem to be communicating with my IMAC ( 2 yrs old ) I have changed the batteries 3 times, but cannot get beyond the password page because the keys will not enable me to do this.Any ideas ??

Hello:
Try resetting the SMC. I would suggest the PRAM as well, but you need a KB to do that.
