How do I get SIRI to read an article on the internet for a blind person?

I am an employee working on a question for a customer.


She is a teacher who got an Ipad with retina display so that siri could read to the blind child in her class. So far siri has not helped her do so and she couldn't figure out why siri wont read the full page. The most we could get was the title.


Can anyone answer how to get siri to read a full page of text on the internet?

According to this text, VoiceOver doesn't read an entire webpage. You have to select the text and use the Speak Selection option from Settings >> General >> Accessibility.


I've just tested it and after turning on VoiceOver, it read a webpage by paragraph as I tapped them. I suggest that you look at the following:
