Q: itunes media loss

I recently suffered a failed external drive on which my iTunes media folder was located. However, I have all the audio/video content on an Apple TV (1st generation), and all the apps on an iPod Touch. How do i get this content back to a new media folder on a new external drive?

MacBook Pro, Windows 7
