I am looking for an eye controller for ipad or eye phone. Does such a device exist? My wife has ALS and is losing the use of her hands.

i have the same problem. eye gaze or eye tracking could be a wonderful solution for a complete access to ipad but for the time being it would be a great help if apple comes up with a product to turn ibook pages automatically with an user adjustable time interval? there are similar automatic page turners for musicians. why cant they adopt a similar thing for ibook so that persons with severe motor disabilities can read alone peacefully.
