when i turn on iphone 4 on the screen i dont see a table for passcode but i have it ... when i slay to unlock on the screen is table for emegrancy call and i cant do baypas..PLEASE HELLP inmidiatly .. 😀

Your post is not clear and you may need some help with your English. Are you saying you can't enter the passcode?
Check this > Settings > General > Code/Passcode > Look at the settings here.
How could he do that if he can't unlock the phone and get to the home screen and settings icon (if, indeed, that's what his problem is_?

When i turn iphon on on te screen i see SLAYD TO UNLOC and when i do that i have Emegrancy code Table... And MY TURNED ON IPHONE is not like others GREEN battery and Black Backstage .. on my screen is "iPhone" And "i" for information... and backstage is GRAY...

Put iPhone in DFU mode. Restore via iTunes. Try again.

You just have to activite your iPhone. Put a good sim in the iPhone and activate. You need a sim from the original carrier
