Q: WHO  CAN I ASK ABOUT PURCHASES THAT ARE NOT CORRECT? HELP

I purchased extra rolls on a dice game and now it has showed up on my charge card many many times......I did not know that each time it poped up asking me to purchaes I would hit yes and each time it was charging me again....I kep thinking I was doing it wrong and my phone has been freezing on me.....I thought it did not work.....i will never use that many rolls (I should have never purchased ANY)  I have never been in this situation, i want them taken away from me, I only wanted to purchases it one time...

there are so many numbers, sites to go too, and I cant get anywhere, I am not that puter savy, this is wearing me out....can nay body help me?
