Wehre are the names the Fotos ?

When i Share Fotos with fotostream, the Name of the Foto will be Not shared too- can i enable this? I want that my Family get the namens i choose for the fotots Not only pic0815.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

The titles you add in iPhoto do not change the file name of the photos. They can be subsituted for the file names if exported out of the library via the File ➙ Export ➙ File Export menu with the option to use the Title as the new file name.

Photo Stream only uses the file name in it's operation.

So my only chance to get the my names of the foto shared would be export regularly all fotos with all meta data, delete the fotos in iPhoto ad reimport the before exporter fotos and share than by fotostream because my given names would be identically withe the file name :-( ?!

That's about it.

Depending on how you're naming the photos you might want to upload from the camera to a folder on the Desktop and rename them there before importing. I do that but rename them with the date taken: YYYY-MM-DD-001.jpg, -002.jpg, etc. There are renaming apps that can do that quickly. If you rename each differently then it'll be a one at a time process.

Remember you need to use the option of using the Title as the file name.
