So I just got a new iPod 5 and it won't let me play any music like it shows the songs but none can be clicked on how do I fix it?

So it was asked me for my moms apple I'd everytime I went to music so I pressed cancel and it doesn't ask anymore but now I just can't acess my music at all it will show all of my songs but it will be like a light greyed out looking and it won't let me click on any songs

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Unsync all music or delete) and resync (or redownload by:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store)

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
