How Do I Create The Following Logo Effect?

Hi, I'm new to using these types of programs and would really appreciate it if someone can explain how I would go about creating the following. If there are any templates/plugins to do this rather than create the following from scratch, that would be even better!

I want to make a similar effect for my own image/logo to the logo seen 0:00-0:01 in the video below. Can anyone help me out? The complexity or amount of steps needed to take shouldn't be an issue for me, although a preset template or plugin would be great to save some time.
