how do i transfer my apps

I Have The iPod Touch 4G & Getting Tha 5G And I Was Wonderinq If I Can Transfer All My Apps,Music,ect. To My New iPod. Oh & Im Selling Tha 4G 😐 Please Help Asap! 😀
