Cannot restore disabled iPod touch, it was never synced to an iTunes acct via computer. Set up to erase via findmyiphone app...not going to happen since a disabled iPod doesn't have wifi capability. Please assist.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to any computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
