Ipad to ICloud

Hi Friendly People of Earth,

I have a broken screen on my Ipad and I need to send it in. I have Icoud activated. Is this enough to ensure that I can re-install my paid apps when I get my Ipad back wiped clean? I don't have a computer to back it up. My son has it at college.
