my iphone 4s is in recovery mode after trying to un - jailbreak my phone im at school is there any way to get it to normal without losing data

so i tried to un jailbreak my iphone by deleting cydia and everything else so my phone froze and the apple logo appeared for about 30 mins i tried putting it in recovery mode which succeded but is there anyway to get it back to normal with all my data. like could i restore my iphone 4s from the computer using icloud?!?!?!!?!?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, jailbroken

Jailbroken phones often cannot be fixed. Apple released a warning about this years ago:

Inability to apply future software updates: Some unauthorized modifications have caused damage to the iOS that is not repairable. This can result in the hacked iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch becoming permanently inoperable when a future Apple-supplied iOS update is installed.
