why cant i use my apps on my ipod touch 4
my ipod wont turn off and it only lets me move the screen. I only have had it for a year. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

One problem you may have is that your apps aren't updated or your iPod is frozen. Try resetting the iPod by holding the home button (middle) and lock button (top button) and see I it works.
